I’m normally not going to get too tactical here, but here’s one thing. Nobody is or is not opening your email because of the subject line. The only reason anyone is opening anything is because they recognize either your name or your company’s name. If they don’t recognize either of those, you have a .2% chance(not actual data, just a hunch) of that already 10% chance (actual data) that some someone will ever open your email. So, don’t waste any time thinking of a cool subject line. The only thing you need to do is make sure it doesn’t look like spam. That’s it. Just use the company name. Literally what I’ve been doing for months and seen no difference in open rates. Maybe gone up in some instances.
