One of the best approaches you can have as a business development lead, marketer, or sales person is to see the good in any scenario. Whether it’s a great close, an e-mail rejection, or a misunderstanding with a co-worker. The best approach you can take to any of these scenarios and others is to recognize that they are all opportunities for growth and learning. This doesn’t mean you need to have rose colored glasses for everything, but you can recognize that even the bad has some good in it.
